Sursum Sauna & Plunge sells premium home sauna, cold plunge, and recovery equipment that may require freight delivery, curbside delivery, or installation coordination depending on the product.
Shipping rates, delivery methods, and lead times may vary by product, supplier, and delivery location.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery for large equipment is typically curbside or driveway delivery. This means the freight carrier delivers the product to the accessible curbside, driveway, or delivery point at the shipping address.
Standard delivery does not include inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, installation, electrical work, plumbing work, or removal of packaging unless specifically stated in writing.
Freight Delivery
Many large products are shipped by freight carrier. Freight delivery may require a delivery appointment, signature, and access for a large delivery vehicle.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely accommodate freight delivery.

Lead Times
Lead times vary by product, supplier, and shipping carrier. Estimated lead times may be listed on product pages when available, but they are not guaranteed.
We will communicate expected timing as clearly as possible before and after purchase.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary by product and supplier.
Some products may have flat-rate shipping, freight shipping charges, or special delivery fees. Any known shipping fees will be communicated before purchase or displayed during checkout when available.
For certain large products, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or remote locations may require additional shipping fees or may not be available.
White-Glove Delivery & Installation
White-glove delivery and installation may be available for select products and locations for an additional fee.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, weight, electrical requirements, placement requirements, and delivery access before ordering.
If a product cannot be delivered due to access limitations, incorrect address information, missed delivery appointments, refusal of delivery, or failure to coordinate with the carrier, additional fees may apply.
Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect the shipment at delivery whenever possible.
If visible damage is present, document it before signing for delivery. Take photos and videos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged areas.
