Sursum Sauna & Plunge sells premium home sauna, cold plunge, and recovery equipment that may require freight delivery, curbside delivery, or installation coordination depending on the product.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery for large equipment is typically curbside or driveway delivery. This means the carrier delivers the product to the accessible curbside, driveway, or delivery point at the shipping address.
Standard delivery does not include inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, installation, electrical work, plumbing work, or removal of packaging unless specifically stated in writing.
White-Glove Delivery & Installation
White-glove delivery and installation may be available for select products and locations for an additional fee.
If you are interested in white-glove delivery, installation, or placement assistance, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability, pricing, and requirements.
Delivery Access
Before ordering, customers should confirm that the delivery location can safely accommodate freight delivery. Please consider driveway access, stairs, elevators, gates, narrow roads, steep driveways, HOA restrictions, and any other access limitations.
Lead Times
Lead times vary by product, supplier, and shipping carrier. Estimated lead times are listed on product pages when available, but they are not guaranteed. We will communicate expected timing as clearly as possible before and after purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, weight, electrical requirements, placement requirements, and delivery access before ordering.
