What does Sursum Sauna & Plunge sell?
Sursum Sauna & Plunge sells premium home sauna, cold plunge, recovery, and wellness equipment from authorized supplier partners.
Are your products in stock?
Product availability varies by supplier and model. Before placing a high-ticket order, we recommend contacting us to confirm current availability, lead time, delivery details, and installation options.
How does ordering work?
When you place an order, Sursum Sauna & Plunge coordinates with the supplier to process and fulfill the product. Some products may ship directly from the supplier to your delivery address.
Do you offer installation?
Installation availability depends on the product, supplier, and delivery location. Some products may be eligible for white-glove delivery or installation for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering if installation is important to you.
What does curbside delivery mean?
Curbside or driveway delivery means the freight carrier delivers the product to the accessible curbside, driveway, or delivery point at the shipping address.
It does not include inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, installation, electrical work, plumbing work, or packaging removal unless specifically stated in writing.
Are returns accepted?
Many large equipment products are final sale once the order has been placed with the supplier. Return eligibility varies by product and supplier. Please review our Returns & Refunds page and contact us before ordering if you have questions.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment at delivery whenever possible. If you notice visible damage, take photos and videos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged areas before signing.

Do products include a warranty?
