Sursum Sauna & Plunge sells premium sauna, cold plunge, and recovery equipment from authorized supplier partners. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer or supplier of each product.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products sold by Sursum Sauna & Plunge may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim approval are determined by the manufacturer or supplier.

Sursum Sauna & Plunge does not independently manufacture the products listed on our website. We help customers communicate with the supplier when warranty support is needed, but final warranty decisions are subject to the supplier’s warranty policy.

What Warranty May Not Cover

We will review your information and help coordinate next steps with the supplier.

Important Delivery Note

If damage is visible at delivery, document it immediately before signing whenever possible. Take photos and videos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged areas.

Failure to properly document delivery damage may affect warranty, freight claim, or replacement eligibility.
