Sursum Sauna & Plunge sells premium home sauna, cold plunge, and recovery equipment supplied by authorized brand partners. Because many of these products are large, heavy, freight-shipped, and/or made available through supplier fulfillment, return eligibility may vary by product and supplier.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final Unless Otherwise Stated

Unless otherwise stated in writing, sales of large equipment including saunas, cold plunges, and similar freight-shipped products are final once the order has been placed with the supplier.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect sizing, inability to install, delivery access issues, or failure to review product specifications before purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, please contact us immediately.

Customers must inspect the shipment at delivery and document any visible damage before signing for the delivery whenever possible.

If damage is discovered, please take clear photos and videos of:

The exterior packaging  
The shipping label  
The damaged area  
The product model or serial number, if available  
Any missing or broken parts

We will work with the supplier to review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps, which may include replacement parts, repair support, warranty review, or other supplier-approved resolution.

Return Authorization Required

Do not return any product without written authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or warranty support.

Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer or supplier of the product. Warranty terms vary by brand and product.

Sursum Sauna & Plunge will help coordinate communication with the supplier when appropriate, but warranty approval, replacement parts, repair remedies, and final warranty decisions are subject to the supplier’s warranty policy.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been submitted to the supplier, processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped.
