The word “Sursum” points upward. For us, it reflects the idea of elevation: building better routines, recovering with intention, and creating a home environment that supports a healthier way of life.

Our Story

Sursum Sauna & Plunge is operated by Goods2U, LLC and founded by Asis Lopez.

This category is personal. I own and use both a sauna and cold plunge, and I have spent years studying recovery, health, and performance. As a firefighter, former personal trainer, and nutrition coach, I have seen how much recovery, consistency, and healthy routines can impact people’s lives.
