Sursum Sauna & Plunge is operated by Goods2U, LLC and was founded by Asis Lopez.
For Asis, this business grew from a personal passion for health, fitness, and recovery. As a firefighter, former personal trainer, and nutrition coach, he has spent years helping others improve their physical well-being while witnessing firsthand the importance of proper recovery, consistency, and healthy routines.
Through his own experience using saunas and cold plunges, Asis discovered how powerful these tools can be—not only for physical recovery, but also for improving resilience, reducing stress, and supporting overall wellness.
